When an individual's performance or neglect is identified as the cause of a safety failure, it falls on safety professionals and Human Resources departments to decide the employee's fate. mhl support does of course offer both Health and Safety and Employment Law Support and 3 out of 4 mhl clients taking the Health and Safety Service also take Employment Law.
