The Religion or Belief (Questions and Replies) Order 2007 came into effect on 30 April 2007.

This Order gives direction to a person wishing to question an employer concerning discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief. It also provides an accepted format to enable an employer to respond to the allegation of discrimination.
