Migrant Toolkit

The Home Office has recently launched an online toolkit to aid organisations in employing migrant workers.

The toolkit contains a step-by-step guide in regard to what checks an organisation needs to make as well as providing up-to-date guidance on what information a potential worker should provide.
 
With large financial penalties in place for organisations who employ illegal workers the toolkit is a useful resource in ensuring that companies are complying with the ever changing Immigration, Asylum and Nationality legislation.
