Race Relations Code of Practice

A new statutory code of practice on racial equality has been published and will come into effect on 6th April 2006.

The code provides advice and guidance in regard to avoiding unlawful race discrimination and harassment and also recommends ways of ensuring equal treatment is provided for all.
