Constructive Dismissal Time Limit

In Spillett v BUPA, the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) held that it was fair for a tribunal to consider a constructive dismissal / disability discrimination claim even though a grievance was submitted after the ordinary 3 month time limit.
