This is a special service offered to larger companies who usually already have their own in-house HR facility with established procedures and documentation but wish to:

• Maintain their own control of day-to-day HR Management.
• Have access to the 24-hour support line for advice.
• Draw on the extensive technical support and specialists of mhl.
• Enjoy the peace of mind of the Indemnity Guarantee.
• Have access to specialist Tribunal Advocates.

These two key mhl facilities, advice and indemnity, augment existing systems and resources with all the backing of mhl for management control, through feedback and training.

This facility is currently being enjoyed by clients with between 2,000 and 25,000 employees.
